Charlston is a brand known for top end luxury SUV's. First the Rogue, which was replaced by the Revoke, and now the Revenant, released in tandem with the Revoke to act as a more affordable solution to those who have always wanted a Charlston but could never afford one. Starting from 65,000 dollars, there are three initial models, the S, the L and the GTS. The Revenant is smaller than the Revoke and more curvaceous. All initial models are to be powered by a 3.5 litre naturally aspirated V6 producing from 315 horsepower to 520 horsepower.
However, this model released a year after the others, is a Merlin Edition, that means a bigger engine. Traditionally this would mean the 6.7 litre V12 in other Merlin models. However, since this a smaller car it is powered by a German V8, specifically the 4.0 litre turbo V8 out of the J6 Platinum. Originally producing 330 horsepower it has been increased to 430 horsepower. This model is the 30th Anniversary Edition and is built to resemble the Rogue 25th Anniversary Edition, that is evident from the fact it takes a two door form, wears the same special edition badges and hood emblem, while also wearing the classic Ocean Blue paint. The 30th Anniversary Edition comes at a set price of 145,000 Dollars.
