Only thing it adds is a steering wheel, which itself, is badass. But the car without the wheel is somewhat cool, but really it's like a license plate mod, it does something small, that something small in the steering wheel.

I totally love driving this bad car (sarcasm), it's so bad that the ass hid itself as a bad light bar. Pls remove the light bar and try again, (But I luv the steering wheel, pls keep it)

Why ?

I took the "time" to download this 1KB file, and I realise this is only a .pc file, so it doesn't appear in the list. No pic, no .json, the level of lazyness is over 9000 ...
I can't even find it in the configs, so judging by the screenshots here, it doesn't look "badass", il looks stupid, like when a child puts a light bar on a tuning toy car.

Looks awful, only thing I like about it is the steering wheel. The police light bar looks stupid on a car that is not a police car. It looks like it has been riced. Remove that silly light bar and do a few more mods if you want a 3 star rating.
