The Hana Kaze (Japanese for "wind"), designed by former racing driver Rokuro Ikeda, is a Japanese supercar concept that uses a diesel engine. It was unveiled at the 2002 Tokyo Motor Show. After halted development and slight revisions on the concept's design, the Kaze eventually goes into production in 2008.
Although the engine's RPM limit only goes as high as 5,500 RPM, the turbocharged V6 packs over 600 bhp.
With all-wheel-drive and a 6-speed manual transmission, the Hana Kaze can reach 329 km/h (or 205 mph).
