The Topperman Flyer from 1992 was made as a tiny car for the Topperman company. The flyer was a HUGE flop and sold about 9,000 units. Today, the Flyer is a collectors car for very few fans. It was made to be a quick nimble car for getting things done fashionably. It was hated because the reliability was not very good and they were notorious for breaking down super easily.
