Bought the full version the exact second it came out (this also was my first paid mod) and i'm not regretting in any way my choice. This is a dev-quality mod and it's pretty fun to drive (it's a '90 french shitbox, it can't be boring) and customize. You can do whatever you want with the Picnic: Stance, Racing, Drag, Rally configurations are only some examples of configs you can create. The way it drives is something special: Grippy until you let the gas pedal and then the weight distribution makes your car "drift" into the corner. Visually, the car is almost perfect (every little detail of the car is as well made as the biggest ones).
All i can say now is: Good Job Lucas, very well done.
    Btw, 5/5 obv.

Anyone rating less than 5 stars probably just can't get their mom's credit card info XD
Great mod, honestly worth every penny for the full version. I prefer paying for one quality mod over getting 5 trash ones for free. Just a personal opinion.

Good dev quality mod. Its cool to see demos come out for paid mods. I see a lot of people getting mad about paid mods. Personally, im somewhat on the fence, leaning towards the against side over the subject. Which is why I prefer to to make my decision as to weather or not i will buy a paid mod based on the creator and not the mod itself. Currently, I only support 3 creators. Lucas, Crashhard, and Meo. Because all 3 of these creators built their names on high quality mods. So I know whatever they put out will be worth the money. That said Lucas, when will the Genesis F2 and Delorean mods get this treatment? I would pay for both if they were to be revamped to this quality.

Thanks for the review! The Delorean has been updated when PBR was introduced to the game some time ago, you should check it out! I don't plan on making it paid though.
As for the Genesis, I don't think I will be working on it again sadly. Open-wheelers are extremely complex and I feel like it would be very difficult to reach the quality standard I'm aiming for today.

First mod I bought and worth it imo. Dev quality, love the interior and styling. Genuinely one of the most fun fwd cars I have driven in this game. Will defiantly buy another mod from you if you decide to do so. Well done man.

The fact that the full version of this mod is absolutely amazing, nearly dev-quality content (I bought it) prevents this from being a 3-star review. The repository is not your ad hosting

The actual mod is good, but just one thing. Please don't take this as hate, love your mods, just spitting facts here. You pay $24(usd) for a game, and then mods aren't free? (I am aware that some mods are free, I'm not stupid, but you probably think I am. That some middle schooler is somehow dumb.) I would just LOVE if your mods weren't paid, and you would probably get less disrespect from the BeamNG community.

I personally think that spending 4-5 months of your free time is a good enough reason to make a mod paid, but then again it is the modder's choice whether they want to monetize their work or not. Stay safe.

Very well polished lore friendly mod, not quite dev quality but very close. It is a blast to drive, has decent deformation, sounds are HQ.
I will note the racing manual transmission makes a weird whine noise, not sure if intentional.
Would like to see body-colored base bumpers, and racing/quick/rally steering.

Working on fixing that weird whine that BeamNG 0.25 seemingly brought out of nowhere for the next paid version update :/

Im dead broke so i wont be getting the full version any time soon.

This is the lore friendly 106/Saxo ive always wanted for beam.
The jbeam is great, the handling spot on, the visuals look great. This doesnt deserve the "waaaaaaah WAAAAAAAAAH demo on repo!" crybaby crap it gets, the demo is more full featured than a lot of other stuff on there.

The thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the engines included in the demo. Ive had to fix them in order to get them in line with their IRL counterpart. This had me modding BeamNG for the first time since ive got it 10 years ago tho, so thats very cool. 2 hours well spent!

Everything else about this is simply beautiful.
It evokes memories of my childhood sitting in the back of my nans 106, on our way to get ice cream. Now i get to drive it myself in a way granny never would.

Engines are fictional so I don't really get what you mean with "IRL counterpart". Either way thanks for the review!

I will buy a full version of this mod. It would be great if this car had more airbags. Hopefully the modder will improve this car even more. This is one of the coolest mods I've ever seen.

I don't understand the hate. As a fellow modder, I can tell you that creating good mods for any game is a long and often painful process. So why review bomb just because you don't like that the creator wants to earn some money from all the hard work they put in to create the mod.
