(Also, Here's some lore for your reading pleasure)
WV (Meaning West Valley; also called West Valley Automotive) was a small car company founded in the 1970's (around 71'-2') dedicated to producing cheap and reliable utility vehicles for both the American and European markets.

The brand had a large focus on light, medium, and heavy duty work vans; Although their main productions consisted of various Vans, SUVS and Work Trucks. Although in 2003 , the CEO demanded that the company needed to have at least one fuel efficient vehicle, so (with some help from SEIF) they produced an economy-utility hatchback exclusively for the consumer market. (oddly enough)

Despite seemingly making only commercial use vehicles, in 1980, WV announced that they would start making many of their models available to the public. Many people were incredibly happy to hear this news, especially since a lot of people wanted to get a good deal on a durable utility vehicle. Many of their models have however remained only available to large companies for commercial use.

The brand is currently owned and managed by SEIF. (A german economy car brand that also produced small utility vehicles, offroaders, and budget "entry-level" luxury cars.) There have also been various (although still not that many) rebadged WV vehicles that SEIF has used. In 1973, shortly after WV started to pick up traction in the market, SEIF swooped in and bought out a large percentage of the company while it was still incredibly cheap, WV would then continue to improve as an effect of this new management, this also allowed more factories to open and more people were able to make more cars, better and faster. This also was when many of their models started showing significant changes in design language as they were now able to produce more "complex" designs for a lower price and with more ease.

This poor WV BUFFALO LT Cargo van was bought by a man in Michigan for 329 dollars, many were surprised on how it still ran, but the price was mainly because the owner was just trying to get rid of it, the van was in poor condition and was filled with rust, the car was eventually relocated to Oregon for the Gambler 500, the car has however undergone many modifications, some like the roof rack that were there before, to others like the cut bumper replaced with a homemade scrap metal rambar, there's also various other items to help it offroad, many being scrap or cheap used parts, the van was also fitted with a v8 from one of their newer models, despite still not having that much power.

Full list of modifications (if you're somehow interested)
    1. Beefier offroad tires along with commercial grade steel wheels.
    2. Front bumper delete with additional frame bracing and a large "scrap made" metal rambar in the front adorned with auxilary lights and reflective caution tape.
    3. "Minor" interior weight reduction, removing headliner and a lot of padding.
    4. Various sponsor stickers for a few things that were used, and just because they thought it looked cool..
    5. A bit of rust on the chassis / frame, thanks mother nature!
    6. "Custom" front left headlight (basically they broke it lol and couldn't find a spare piece for the glass on it)
    7. 2500cc (2.5L) V8 engine from a 2004 WV Buffalo W50 "Heavy Duty" Cargo Van.
    8. Roofrack also holding a roofbox (it was already on the car when they bought it used, and they also thought it looked cool)
    9. One of those funny black plastic bars that people liked to put on the hoods of their cars (hood deflectors sorta), mainly used to protect from scratches and whatnot, it was also there when the car was first bought, and so it was left there.
    10. Windshield "banner" to help protect from the sun.
    11. D.I.whY Cutout front side vents, located on the sides of the front fenders that "helped" funnel air to the engine (for some reason) courtesy of a small handsaw and a bit of steady hand work.
    12. Larger radiator to accomodate the V8 engine swap, this is pretty self explanitory.
    13. Bigger exhaust manifolds, as well as two "oversized" dual steel mufflers, although they aren't really muffling much.
