1989 AFM Charade 1.0

After trying to explain to their committee that AFM is a sports car company, not a commuter car one, for over a year, Adrian Farley eventually caved in and agreed to make a Minivan, and designed a bland FWD minivan with a 100ish hp I4 connected to a 4 speed automatic transmission to make them shut up for five minutes. When all of the committee members left for their Holiday break, Adrian immediately scrapped the blueprints for the mechanical components of the van, and with the help of a few dozen workers that shared Adrian's lack of joy for having to make a minivan, decided to cram in the biggest V8 they could into the van while also giving it a 6 speed manual and a RWD layout. The end result was the AFM Charade, a Van that no one was expecting to get made, but everyone was glad that it did to break up the monotony of economy cars and boring minivans. As a final touch, Adrian left a picture of the first Charade ever built and a note which read, "Here's the van you all wanted so bad. Hope you all enjoy it. Don't ever try to make me build something I don't want to ever again," on their meeting room desk.
