The 1987 Phantom Concept was suppose to be a economical sports car that would compete with the Civetta Bolide. That makes it more of a shame that this car is neither economical or sporty. The car sputters at low speeds and doesn't have responsive handling until you reach 5k rpm, and at that point all Hell and traction breaks loose. The only reason why this failed concept is even popular is because of a TV movie it starred in a long time ago, but not even Hollywood Magic can turn the Phantom Concept into a decent car.
