1986-1987 Gavril H-Series 2.1.3

I love this mod so much, and have been waiting on AR162B's mod to update, but this is very well done. But one issue, the headlights on the prefacelift version (at least the stock version, do not actually emanate any light. They don't light up anything ahead, is this a bug on my end or a problem with the mod?
