This is SFO Wisla 522, Polish van produced from late 1960s until mid 1990s in almost unchanged design, very similar to the Moldt Handyman UK/EU van from the 1960s, in terms of design and wheelbase. Although it was very modern for the 1960s Socialist Poland in terms of chassis and external design, it was powered by late 1940s 2.1L inliner-4, borrowed from ZMZ-20 "Victory" Soviet sedan. The engine was outdated even at the time, but the vehicle could reach up to 102 km/h. The model was replaced in the late 1990s by the more modern Gdansk model, developed in cooperation with South Korean Haewoo corporation.
The van was very rarely exported, the mechanics and suspension was borrowed from SFO Krakowia 225 model, as with taillights reminiscent of that, very unique and controversial model at the time. Main customers were Warsaw Pact police and healthcare state agencies, mostly in Poland and Hungary, where it was popular choice for state services. Vans similar to this one were used by MO (militsiya) units during the Martial Law of 1981 and were hated by many ordinary Poles. Also it was used as a firetruck, minibus and even small open hull truck by various state institutions.
Inspired by the ZSD Nysa 522, Polish underrated gem. Have fun.

Known issue:
The export bug on the taillights at some angles, taillights are bulky and glitchy on one side. Can't fix this right now.
