The Otnas Kucing


The Otnas Kucing was Otnas' first automobile. Produced from 1971 to 1985, and its long production run was caused by high demand from the public since it was 'an all-in-one car'.

TECHNICAL SPECS!
Chassis

The Kucing has a corrosion resistant steel monocoque chassis with double-wishbone suspension at the front and semi-trailing arm suspension at the back. Having F1 tech suspension at the front and independent rear suspension whilst maximizing interior space was its main point. The Kucing also has four wheel disc brakes making braking distances short - 40 metres without ABS and 37 metres with ABS.

Engine

The Otnas Kucing has a Inline 4 cast-iron block engine with 12 Valves, SOHC, and mechanical fuel injection - capable of producing 84hp and 120Nm of torque. Although there's a 90hp version in this pack, and if mated with a supercharger - it will produce 140hp and 201Nm, with 4 different transmissions to choose (5-speed manual with 3 different limited slip differentials, and one with stock open diff, and 6-speed manual transmission with limited slip differential)


This car also has optional anti-lock brakes for those who can't drive cars without it and also to shorten brake distance and decrease tire wear!
