The 1965 Aborollo Stryde was the company's first sports car, and the brainchild of it's founder, Bruno Aborollo.

After success selling family sedans and farming equipment, Bruno began to narrow in on a more niche market, cashing in on the sports car craze of the 1960's.

With a radically styled body made of fiberglass, the Stryde broke all normal conventions of car design, employing a transverse mounted, mid-engine layout, for better handling.

Progress was being made on the car, but money was slowly running out.

Outsourcing a 1.6L 4 cylinder engine making 98 horsepower, and 103 ft.lbs, it was enough to push the 1923lb car to 130mph through a 4 speed gearbox.

When the Stryde hit the market in July 1965, it was a smash hit, going on to be the company's longest running model, until it's discontinuation in1985: https://www.beamng.com/resources/1985-aborollo-stryde.18664/
