I was building a GT40 Mk. IV replica. But, after i messing around with stock Automation fixture. I quickly found out the body shape didn't look like GT40. So i give up that idea for now.
But i still want to build a 60s LM car... so this car came out.
Full aluminum chassis with fiber glass panel and powered by a 4.7L V12 OHV engine. Because the shape is very low drag, the top speed is over 330km/h (205mph).
(btw, i know old Le Mans race cars don't have diffuser but i think it cool...so i add that in.)
spec:
4.7L V12 OHV
Naturally aspirated
redline: 10000RPM
384hp / 8600RPM
305Nm / 8000RPM
5 speed manual
mid-engine RWD
Weight: 836kg (F44 R56)
Top speed: 338km/h (210mph)
Note:
1. Driving this car is easier than Bolide but you still need to carefully control throttle to prevent spin all over the place.
2. Recommand 9000~9500RPM as shift up RPM for higher acceleration force.
3. Have fun.
