    Haven't had too much time to play with this, but so far this is super fun!

    Risky to use when driving down mountainous routes though ;)

    Hey man, had to come online again for this one, great work on these mods and the coding you did, i can't seem to review this mod sadly, because would give it a 5 star rating.it completely changes beam ng as a game, and was a long time needed feature so thank you. Also love what you did with the cops nice extra. Big thumbs up. Could there be a possiblity through coding for a working refuel system for cars? maybe a tool like this mod where it would indicate if you for example would stop at a fuel station you would get the option in the tool that you could refuel your car? Sounds possible just don't know if it actually would be possible though ;-)
    I'm having fun with this and it makes me enjoy my Barstow last v8 mod again, mostly do racing through traffic with ai set to random untill i crash and to spice things up put the traffic at flee, and with 7 ai cars with a interceptor trying to avoid all the mess thats going on is the best gaming experience i had in a long time, in flee mode it's just as if the apocalypse is happening with the feeling you would get that here is a giant tsunami behind you where everybody is trying to run from, had a blast with this yesterday on the Nevada interstate map(currently doesn't work via repository but you can still download it,disable subscription and remove the ''motel'' file from the art folder and you can still use that map manually) where you have the jump on the intersection, well jumped right over 2 crashing cars there put on cinematic camera and slow-mo and it was better then watching a movie soo yeah i'm enjoying the mod…. :)

    Edit: just took some pictures ingame with the traffic tool.

    Thanks! It's doable, but it's not a priority feature at the moment. I can add it to my list, though!

    Dang, that's a good idea. I'll make that possible for V1.1 (should be easy to code).

    Speaking of V1.1, I've decided to change my approach a bit. The update will come out sooner, but with less new features than expected. But it will still be awesome! I can't wait to start working on one of the new features tonight. You guys will love it.

    my issue might be a mod but i dont think any mod is conflicting with it because that would be wierd but it just err yea idk what to do to make it work but my graphics card is good enough to run beamng 'nvidia geforce gt 540m' im thinking i should buy the game for 60 in my country but when i can i will but for now using a cracked version

    The traffic system is pretty awesome. There would have to be re-fuel places marked in the maps with custom-named map waypoints or decal roads. It could be tricky but it COULD be done.
    I did hit a snag though when I was using it just messing about doing random stuff. If I make my player vehicle a PIANO, and then spawn traffic, the script crashes with a NIL error. If I change my vehicle to a piano or tab to it when the traffic is spawned and running, it also hits a similar NIL error. Otherwise, works totally as advertised and makes Tail of The Dragon a lot of fun and challenge.
    @audi4141 Glad you still enjoy Nevada Interstate, the first map I started working on making from the old Black Hills map around new years 2016 (of course, with permission).
    There's nothing like a good spin down the interstate, and those raised / tapered intersections - hitting those at speed really throws the car (I believe there's 4~6 of them, two are a bit borderline/ less pronounced). There will be lots of those coming up in Los Injurus city map (and already are quite a number of them), which will surely have good times for AI in it.
    One day, in a land far far away (or not), I will have added more to Nevada. It won't be the next time it gets updated; but when I have some industrial park buildings done, it will surely get some (next update is only bridges / AI tweaks for this mod).

    Love this traffic mod - it's made BeamNG 8x more fun & as-of mapping over 3 years now, I really feel it should be part of the base-game.
    I so have to test traffic in my abandoned (and able to be driven-through) mall.

    Hoping for the best regarding the trailers. They do work right now, but only as long as you keep the semi-trailer in view. If it respawns, then an error is thrown. The truck and trailer respawn, but the truck just spins its tires or clutch, because somehow it gets stuck.

    That would likely be helpful if any props were in play actually, especially for 'youtube car crash people' of which I know several, who might want a ramp, hay-bale, brick wall, or a line of cars jumping a gap where a bridge once was (CrashBoomPunk actually has/had a series on that, bridges were 'stolen', was actually pretty funny/interesting from a mappers perspective).
    CrashBoomPunk, who I just spoke with over the last few days says the tool is great, and really helped making 'realistic crash footage' ... he just had a bit of trouble with it on Roane County TN and Los Injurus City (of which I am sending you a copy in private message, check in a few minutes), so I showed him which values to change on lines 39~42 in the traffictool lua (that was easy, thanks for commenting your code!!!), so that the vehicles would spawn a little further out of view on my 'large, open maps'. He has one of those i9 mecha-core 18-cores or something so adding more traffic to make up for it spawning further, to keep desired traffic density, was no issue. Thanks for having very clean, easy to read code, with informative commenting. Shows you care about the work you do, and the people you do it for.
    I will make sure to make a commercial building named 'GULL'S AI RESEARCH BUSINESS' in my Los Injurus City map in your honor. I will make it a tall one so it can be seen - it might not come right away but it will be in after the next map update or two.
    Currently fixing the AI paths in Roane County TN's highways so the AI stays ON the highway and not the shoulder, and uses both lanes. A week or two will go by and an update will hit the servers, you and the kind folks supporting the Los Injurus City map project will get it at-least 5 days earlier though. The texture issues will also be fixed, of which there are many, ugh. All in the name of progress.

    Is it possible to have the vehicles spawn with no interior or just minimal parts in general? I have no idea how or if this is even possible, but apparently my pc has a hard time managing RAM and struggles to even load just three vehicles in simultaneously without not letting me be able to open the menu and have all the apps crash.

    Otherwise, as it has been stated before, this is the best mod in BeamNG by far as its makes the game much less barren and uninhabited.

    You'll want 6gb of RAM on a small map, or 8gb for half-a-dozen or more vehicles on a medium map, and 8 vehicles + the player can easily chew through 16GB of RAM on a PC running Roane County TN (Though 16GB of installed RAM should be enough for most folks, if it gets slow, or the map is slow to load in causing hitches even when running from an SSD, that's a likely culprit).
    If you have a system with only 4GB of RAM installed, consider getting more, even used sticks (as memory rarely 'goes bad' - it can happen - but normally does not) from Ebay or a local independent PC retailer may have some new stock cheap. If you have 2x 2gb DDR3 sticks, open up your PC (or take it in) and get the sticks matched (in voltage and speed) and install them (or have them installed). It will add years of viability to your pc. If you have 4gb, get another 8gb or 16gb, if you have 8gb, get another 8gb added. 12~16GB is the sweet spot and will keep your PC running smoothly when it's doing a lot. I only found I needed more than 16GB last summer when I started modeling in Maya with the game running. You will need at-least 8gb of installed RAM in the computer, to load Roane County TN and run it decently - for just you and possibly one other vehicle. You'd need 12~16GB of installed RAM to use a bunch of vehicles.

    I hope this is helpful. RAM is pretty cheap. There's programs out there to identify which sticks you have in your PC and what their serial numbers / model numbers are. You can order identical ones (or higher density / GB size) if you have open RAM slots on your motherboard. If you have only two slots and they are both full, or you have a laptop with no open slots, you will forgo your existing RAM in your system in place of what you purchase when you upgrade. You can always sell the unused memory on Tracebook (Facebook) or Fleabay (Ebay) to recoup some of the cost. Just make sure to keep the 'dual channel' configuration of your machine (ram must be installed in pairs, generally), so that physics stay nice and quick.
    There's plenty of youtube videos about upgrading RAM, I could go on all day, but out of respect and not wanting to further derail more forums than I already do, I will leave it at that.

    It's not the game or the app - it's definitely RAM shortage, or an overheating situation. If you already have 12~16GB of RAM then consider cleaning the PC or adding more fans. There's videos on that, too.

    Alright. so here is my situation: I load up East Coast USA in just fine. I have 2x 8GB of DDR4 RAM and more than enough fans (2 intake (one of which is high airflow) and 3 exhaust) I have tried everything from setting BeamNG to highest priority, clearing excess files and even having the game run with absolutely nothing else running in the background. It's obvious that graphics isn't in issue as the game runs solidly at 60 with multiple vehicles in the game. The problem, however, comes with the fact that as soon as i have more than two vehicles loaded, my RAM get almost entirely used up makes certain aspects of the game unusable. 1 car - completely fine, 2 cars - fine, 3 cars - slow menu/crashed menu, but never a crashed game. In fact the game still runs as smooth as it would as if it had just one car. 4 cars and the apps disappear or turn into blank canvases and the menu never appears upon pressing escape. Another thing to note to is that a quick pause of the game and my RAM goes back to normal usage and my apps and menu begin to function. I feel that something in the game is requiring more RAM than needed or my specific choice of RAM sticks are crappy although it's fine for every other game I play.
    I've seen people with similar specs to my pc running the game at high settings with 5 or 6 cars running with no problems? The game is even on its own hard drive at this point.

    Thanks for suggestions though and glad to hear an actual response other than being entirely ignored. :)

    I made great progress today. The spawner randomly spawned a Maluch from my vehicle collection! Yay!
