Starting to plan out the roads for pine hills, the shrink wrap modifier is really useful for getting a idea of what the terrain will look like without having to render the heightmap.
I guess I'll post on what I've been doing this weekend. Since I never really modelled anything from scratch, like a car, I decided to give it a go. My imagination brought me this: old to new obviously It seems to be a mix between Mustangs, '67 Charger, Jaguar XJS, Barstow and Moonhawk.. apologies for the weird sized screenshots Ooh, that profile picture looks like its from Lego Rock Raiders!
Proportions look a bit weird but other than that it looks really good --- Post updated --- @Crash Hard 01 I have the node weight on the rear axle of the bronco set to 10, and beamspring high enough to vibrate but the axle is still "floppy", do I just lower beamspring a bit so it stops vibrating or do I adjust something else as well?
Not the best engine model ever made, but it's pretty good if you don't look too closely Also, a spreadsheet I made
Back to working on my traffic app. You'll be able to set the Respawn Rate to 0 if you don't want cars to respawn at all. Just one of many new features!
will it be able to select individual configs soon when you spawn up the AI traffic cars? it will still be randomized. just curios
I'm planning for it. The feature is definitely a few weeks away (I have an insane 6 day work week now), and I wanna focus on better AI for better immersion. I do wanna fill out my entire features checklist, though.
WARNING: not a good development had to restart fixing the front bumper as blender is going wrong and is selecting random verts and messing up models upon export etc. O.T. repost
Well, after much making, breaking, fixing, and tweaking of the Kashira's sliding doors, they're finally starting to turn out the way I was hoping! (ノ^∇^) I know it's still assigned to the lights, but that'll be changed soon! Obviously they're a bit wobbly still, but that should be relatively easy to fix with some beamspring tweaks and more support beams stuff. And, like, it's at least waaaaaayy better than before... (*´ω`)o
Modeled some stock factory hubcaps to go on @Stoat Muldoon's Coronet a few weeks ago. I always thought it needed some of these.
