Hi, i found some free models from internet for creating mods. But it says "Personal Use License". What this means? I can't use that?

No, it's pretty simple actually... You can use it, but ONLY FOR PERSONAL USE! Thus the name ''Personal Use License''! If you do not think of publishing it, you can use it, and if you DO think of publishing it, give credit or contact the original creator of the model, and only then you can publish it! (As far as I know, that's how that works...)

Giving credit doesn't overrule a license agreement. Unless you reach out to the author/creator of the model you can only use it in personal unreleased mods. Also should mention some of the time the model uploader isn't the author/creator either.

    Uh nope, Corvette is right.

If it says Personal Use only, it means so.
You cannot distribute the model to the public, no matter what.

Most sites anyway have a page dedicate into explaining in details every licence options they have.
