Outdated Mazda RX-7 III (Updated )

The suspension is way too loose. Maybe it would be okay if this was a grocery getter, but for a full blown sports car it is way to soft. This causes excessive snap oversteer, lots of liftoff oversteer, and makes the car very unstable when entering a corner. Also, using a wheel there feels to be a ton of vagueness and sloppiness in the steering. I don't know if this is all due to the suspension being too soft, but it just doesn't feel right, it feels really floaty.

 

A lot of textures doen't work when you respawn the car after crashing.
example: When you crash your bumper, the bumper might spawn partially invisible the next time. I don't know how to fix such a problem, but it doesn't look too good when the car is partially invisible

I'm wondering if the camera is going to get fixed as the game assumes it's a left-hand drive vehicle, and therefore, looking around the car is a bit weird. Not a bug, not complaining. It only means I have to use the car in 3rd person mode.

 

Is there a way that I can fix this, or do I have to wait for a new supposingly fixed version?

This mod is great. The sound is terrific, the model is beautifully rendered, the variants are fun to use, and it's something new we haven't seen on the mod forums in a while. Keep up the great work! I can't wait to see what new things will be added in the future!

 

To me it sounds like you haven't cleared your cache.

Also deleting the db.json file from the mods folder can help mods/maps load better, It basically forces the mods to re-register when re-loaded like using the Deactivate All Mods & Activate All Mods button in Mods Menu. The db.json file with be replaced when the game is loaded again.

I hope you manage to get your problem/s fixed.

This mod works very well without any bugs. Even after dropping it from the sky it respawns perfectly.

You should make a us spec rx7.My dad has a '93 rx7 us spec.

The dev of this mod has not been active in a few months I think the mod is dead.

 

Will be you added a Initial D Redsuns config?

 

It's not dead however i don't really have time for it now but I still improve it slowly

Can you fix camera view in all variants of Mazda RX-7? Because it's so weird to drive from the middle of cockpit.
