I have been looking for a new Phone for a while and a few have come up as a good deal. I need android based and would love something good but also on the cheaper side if you have any other suggestions. I currently have a Galaxy S7 and want more screen space as well as more features.
If you have any other good ideas let me know.

I don’t have any experience with it, but the 6t Mclaren sounds like a total beast.

It has 10 Gb of ram but an older Snapdragon 845, the 855 is the newest. meanwhile the note 8 has 6 gb ram and an 835 (older then the 845) it may be a better phone in terms of features.

To quote Vlad Savov on Twitter:
Too much RAM is pretty pointless for phones at this moment, it only "helps" app developers make badly optimized apps that use too much excess RAM.
    * not every case counts, my phone got only 3 GBs of RAM, it still runs fine and I'm satisfied, since I'm only using my phone for phone things, YT vids, browsing and light games.

The Mclaren is a bit overkill in terms of ram but the look of it and the newer processor are the reasons i want it over the note 8, however it is more expensive and has a few things that drive me insane, sich as a notch, albeit a incredibly tiny one, but more importantly, no headphone jack, all of witch the note 8 has. The note 8 has the stylus though, which i have found useful for taking notes on my phone, but that's about it, so the question is looks and performance vs features and more money in my pocket.
