Released American 80's Fullsize Series 2.1

Finished the new interiors with all color variants. I Just have to make some minor tweaks on them.



But already we have more accurate interiors for police cars as well as wagons (which weren't produced with luxury Brougham interiors afaik) .



This way i can finally have my own car ingame, two years after the first release

The Delta 88 Royale, (not Brougham). Beige color has to be reworked/tweaked.



There was also a simple Sedan/Wagon interior with just vertical lines on the benches which were produced, i'm thinking about making them as it would be quite easy now i have the proper fabric pattern.

 

Looking good! Now I know the Delta 88 and 98 Regency are Royale Brougham models. Is there any chance or a way to be able to remove the lower chrome molding? or just be able to leave the thin rocker molding like the more base models and some Royale's had?

 

Well Regency is not even Brougham, all cars i saw on photos have this brougham seats so i think they have only one luxury interior, velours or leather.
Distinction is made for the Delta 88 with basic, Royale, and Royale Brougham.
I get you about the large bottom chrome, but unfortunatly i made them integrated to the door (first model made was the Regency) So it would be pretty difficult to change.
All is possible, but it's a bit of work because of skins, and so on.

 

I have a Question, could you make it so we can put You Rims/tires on default Beamng cars, You have amazing rims and tires i would love to put on the d-series and the 90s pessima.

A wheel pack is planned, it's 70% done, so it will add those wheels and rims to all cars, yes But i'll finish it after the release of the V2.0 of the Olds.

Just took me one hour to make the front simple bench seat for base models/service cars
I have to do the same for the rear seat, then i'll spent more time to see how i'll manage just one large front seat VS two separated ones ha ha (jbeam and slots)

Did the derby update for the caprice get added? i was building a car last night and seen a derby radiator but when i try adding it the radiator disappears and the car overheats very fast. it last bout 2 mins in a heat and locks the motor up.

 

it's not added officially, it's just an early version that i forgot to remove from the addon while publishing the hotfix, i had to update very quick because of the mod being broken.
So for now, just use the regular fuel tanks, it's not working.

Hi Fido. I was just wondering are you planning on making the Alternate Caprice dashes'? The one for Diesel and the one with square gauge surrounds with a round speedo? Thanks

The Diesel dash photo isn't that great I'll try and find some others.

 

You must select the regular radiator support (or the dragster one), there is no radiator attached to this fake derby one, that's why it's overheating

Unfortunatly no such additions planned. The Caprice is there because i found fun to merge two mods into one, but i'm not planning to improve all of these cars details by details. I'll probably stop working on this mod after the next update and just maintain it. Thank you for the reference pics though
ATM the Caprice has only a police dashboard Like the original mod by Carface80.

Make sure to delete old versions.
