Map. Italy: anyone else have these floating bushes? This was in Safe Mode, no mods. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1596480204 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1596480142 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1596480099 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1596480025
So are there smaller tubes inside that carry the exhaust? Also, how come installing the dual carburetors gets rid of the heat exchangers?
Nice work devs!! Slowly but surely your updates are pushing me to get a new computer for the complete experience. Italy took a while to load, but its getting a bit quicker. Picollina is fun! Love the sound and the feel while driving.
I noticed that too... Another issue: Rewinding time (Insert) can sometimes be incredibly laggy, although other times it is perfectly fine. The issue usually fixes it's self after I change vehicles, although that may be purely coincidental. Despite these small issues I have had no other problems. Performance is great. I'm getting more or less 40fps all the time on Italy... Not bad for running the game on the highest settings (excluding dynamic reflections) and having a relatively outdated mid-end PC. Italy and the Piccolina are absolutely stunning, both in terms of quality and looks. The other features and improvements (such as script AI, new skins, configs etc.) are also awesome and much appreciated. I just want to give all the developers a massive thank you for this update, it's incredible
Positives: I absolutely love the new map and the new car is pretty adorable and fun to drive. Negatives: There isn't an off road section anywhere on the entire map that iv played for the last 5 hours nor does it seem like theres any plan to add one. Again i love the map so ya'll better not get your panties into a bunch. MY PROOF ^^^^^ edit- also the semi truck is pretty much unusable on this map, every corner is like a 12 point turn and yes i know i know, that its realistic and all but its my favorite vehicle.
It's air cooled. That's what happens. This is a simulator, not Forza. Are we playing the same game?? I've been rallying on the gravel roads for hours in the Piccolina.
Gravel and sand roads i dont consider off roads because they're still roads. im talking rock crawling, dune jumping, mudding, and everything else off road.
Check WCA again if you haven't The optimization in this update helps on all maps (depending if you were CPU bound or not) Do you mean the game freezes/hangs for a second or so? If so, this is a known issue. Should happen on Italy only, at random times. On our ToDo list - You mean from the debug menu? - The recording are per vehicle. You could record more vehicles at the same time if you want (but how are you going to drive them?). You can also play the recordings together (there's a dedicated 'Play All' button. This usually happens if you have NumLock disabled. Like that, the numpad works the same as the number keys (which are bind to change the camera mode) Depends on your PC. The optimizations tackles cases where the render is bound from the CPU. If you are being GPU limited, you won't see much improvement. Specs? What freezing exactly? Are you sure it's not a problem on your side? (I have not seen other people reporting this, so please consider that possibility)
Found a gap in between these buildings Can't remember the town name but I guess you can tell by the minimap
Some of us AMD users have a bug where there's glitchy black lines spazzing all over the place. I made a thread about it. It happens on maps like East Coast USA and it's annoying. I thought this Italy update would patch it but it hasn't been patched. Fix it, please, it kinda makes the game unplayable.
This has been mentioned quite a few times. This is completely out of the control of BeamNG and it's up to AMD to make a fix. I believe there are instructions on the first page for a temporary fix
As mentioned in the first post, this is most likely an issue with the drivers itself. First posts contains some solutions too. A user reported that this was supposedly fixed in 18.12.2 AMD Adrenaline 2019 drivers. Get them, Clear the Game Cache (button in the launcher) first, and then check
Thanks and fixed! You might have to update your language files by hitting the 'Update Translations' button in Options->Language.
I get it, but i mean, it overheats too quickly, even if your foot is not all the way down with the throttle. Just saying.
