(SORRY IF THIS IS A BUMP) -Forza Motorsport: Xbox, had a unbreakable love to this game back in my childhood, just, incredible. -Gran Turismo 4: PS2, not particulary mine (it was of a friend), we always had races and a sh*tton of fun. -TDU2: PC, It's the game i liked most because of the mechanics, and the amount of vehicles and mods. -GTA:SA: PC, Loved it, because of it's modding capabilities, you can make it look nice for being a +10 year old game in 2018, the story, EVERYTHING was good there. -DIRT: PC, Being honest, i played the SH*T out of -almost- the whole saga(i played DIRT, DIRT 2, DIRT 3, and yesterday downloaded DIRT 4), it's absolutely fun and never boring. -Need for Speed: PC, enjoyed it all the way of it's golden age, until EA just messed it. -GTR2 and rFactor: PC, I simrace a lot (in a keyboard xD), so these are my bois when it comes to that, i just infinitely enjoy these games, they have a handful of mods (some of which are museum pieces of art) -Flight Simulator X: I also love aviation (i dream of being a pilot, and a race driver. LOL), so this is my one loved game. I never had money enough to buy the adequate equipment(in this case, a yoke, engine quadrant, etc), so having the faculty of being able to play with the mouse(which i always mess up) helped me. Seen a lot of tutorials and etc, and also love the amount of community work which gives this game a glance(a BRIGHT glance). -Burnout: L.O.V.E I.T, absolutely love these games, the destruction is incredible and it's always fun to play these.
The games of my childhood are... Trainz 2006, The Sims 3 (no DLCs), RCT2 and RCT3, Midtown Madness 2, Crazy Taxi (1 and 3), Bus Driver, Euro Truck Simulator, UK Truck Simulator, Railroad Tycoon 3, Farming Simulator 2011, Cities in Motion, The Incident, Happyland Adventures, Cities in Motion 2...
Just going to drop a nuclear nostalgia bomb in here. A SimCity 2000 (the less common but better Windows 95 edition) screencap I took today. Features such as the newspapers with clickable/readable articles are not common in games today, and much less so in games from 1994. This is why I consider this to be the best SimCity. It was also easy enough to play, and disasters were always fun. The articles sometimes describe things in funny ways, such as this one that describes unemployment as "occupationally challenged".
The games of my childhood were Sonic Heroes (PS2 and the first video game i ever played,3 years old) Mario Kart Wii GTA SA (first violent/adult video game i ever played and i was 4) Call Of Duty Black Ops (1) (first Xbox game i ever played, 7 years old) Modern warfare 2 (also 7) Burnout 2 (PS2)
