It depends on what game that water affects your framerate. This game's water affects FPS more than others I'd guess

 

It's more that the water is rising in this mission that is causing it to lag. Unfortunately, there isn't much that can be done about that

 

Really good scenario, but also really hard. After about two hours (One hour of trying to do this and another hour of doing this again because I didn't save a screenshot) I think, I made it with a good time
(using a X360 controler).

Also I forgot to mention that the part between 3rd and 4th checkpoint is evil. I chrashed on it almost every time

 

Was running smooth when it loaded got a slight lag at the start of the countdown than 3....2....1....Go put it in drive and boom in the blink of an eye the water was already half way up the mountain and i didn't even get 3 feet.
Flood's can be fast depending on the type and conditions however they would not raise so fast that it's like a fighter jet being launched off a aircraft carrier.

 

for some reason the water does not go up it stays at map level what should I do ?

 

i guess its outdated, mod is old
