I'm thinking more of a more realistic police skin but it's a division of the FBI called the Lolice from r/lolice (https://www.reddit.com/r/Lolice). I've actually considered making a Lolice skin in the past but I don't want my hands tied with multiple mods to take care of while IRL stuff is an issue.

It certainly can be done. I'm considering opening up two more slots for skin requests since I've finished up the two from me so quickly.
I should specify that I need a character. A simple picture without a name will make things a little difficult for me. Plus that's not a loli.

I would but I'm going to have to ask you to make a choice between the Gunslinger Girls and Lolice. Not that I don't want to make the skin, but it's that I don't want people making multiple requests for each update since that would take away a request for someone else. In any case, I would be interested in making a skin pack for modded vehicles, although I might (emphasis on 'might') try to get some collaborative effort on it. Juggling two mods will be somewhat difficult unless I make certain arrangements.
I understand. so instead could you make the gunslinger girl skin for this update, and if you want to make the lolice when the next update comes out?
I can certainly make the Lolice car in the next, next update. It will be first on the list for that one then. The Gunslinger skin will be a bit difficult since there is no existing skin file template as of now and no existing skin mod for me to cannibalize
