Post Larger Pictures in Forums

Example: Person 1 posts a 1080p picture , displayed large
Person 2 has the same resolution, displayed smaller

Now my question is how to make them appear bigger?

 

CTRL+V to paste image to post, then delete image, go below text box and click attach thumbnail, then you get thumbnail sized image that opens large when you click it, if you right click that large image and select view image you will see original sized 1080p image.

Generally 3rd party hosting is annoying as my security denies any requests to offsite unless specifically allowed, which is key to keeping your computer clean etc. So any offsite image I will not usually see.

 

In my case, if i paste them in and leave it the thumbnail is big, but not click-able - only via. right click and opening it in a new tab for example.
Others still can do so and when opened it clearly has a beamng link -> others still have like other 3rd party hosters some don't.
I still don't get how to really get it done that way without 3rd party hosters

 

No, you can't leave it, you must delete it after pasting and then click thumbnail button, that adds new smaller version and it becomes big when you click.

Like this ctrl+v, backspace, then click add thumbnail button.

 

I know, I have been doing this all the time but still others thumbnails are bigger than that standard one
I'm talking about getting the preview bigger, most are 1080 anyway

 

I have not seen such thing, forum automatically resizes images so that they are not so huge in posts

 

Fact is that Manics post is 1920 x1080
Torrors is 1440x837

Also - Unlike others, Torrors one is clickable

Okay so what i've found out is that larger ones seem to be by a site called "http://media-cdn.beamng.com"
while the normal one we would add via "upload a file" would have a link called "https://www.beamng.com/attachments/"
I have no clue why and how and if - how i can do that but atleast it's something

 

Try to use ingame screenshot utility, could be that?

 

I figured it out. You will have to upload it via share ingame - then select images and paste your link in.
