Why is my camera orbiting around the trailer hitch (instead of the vehicle)

Everytime I try to tow a vehicle with the d-series or any other stock or moded vehicle the camera orbits around the trailer hitch instead of the vehcile itself which makes towing anything with any vehicle unplayable and annoying.

 

The purpose of that so that way you can see the trailer so that it doesn't bump into any (especially in off road) object, but you can still see the truck as well. But if this is a problem then go to first person. This feature is extremely useful for hauling any trailers meant for the t series, along with the t series or anything that can tow the trailer adapter (mod).
