I was thinking that they could make it rain and snow and depending on the weather for example in the snow the cars would become whiter on the top and hood and also the roads would become more slick. also when you crash into dirt cars should get dirty and leave tire tracks in the dirt. that may make it laggy though so I don't know if it is a good idea. this is unrelated but how do I start making mods. is there a special wokshop to download?"
