West coast usa is in my opinion one of the best looking beamng maps to date, with the beautiful city streets and nice nature, but it really should get the time of day slider a use by making adaptive day and night textures for the windows, so it acctualy looks like there are people living in these houses, by which gives the immersion factor a huge boost. here is the map with daylight: nothing odinary. and here it is with nighttime: what is this? a horror movie ghost town? pls get me out of here
redo the uv maps of the city mesh making the windows a seperate glowmapped material. then code a lua to switch materials based on the tod. actually pretty simple but the uv part may be very time consuming.
