If you were to release a small test map with tracks and a crossing, please just make it a large oval and a road going straight through, nothing special.
Ive noticed one thing that needs to be fixed with the released train, no matter how you reset it the front wheels are stuck in the ground. would be awesome if this could get fixed
The F7 now has different new things such as smoke, lights and it doesn't fall his nose underground. The new coupler system thanks to BeamDdrifter. In which you can choose which side to connect. I'm planning to add some skins. But I need time. Last week all I do is making trains. I made a lot of them (see 1st post) and now it's time to fix them. I didn't start map yet. I need to convert all trains to the new engine system and new wheels system which again was introduced by BeamDrifter. And the weight of the train now 98 tons, the real one weights 112 tons
F7 BeamngDrifter increased to 96 tons. Sd70 now 112 tons should be 178 in reality but it wiggling i need to deal with this and i hate when you press ctrl+r it nose appeared under the ground.
When you are increasing node weight, you should also increase beam spring and damp by same ratio to keep the structure stable. Spawning under the ground is probably caused by wrongly placed refnodes.
I checked on F7 train (doesn't have this problem) which you can download here. refNode was at the same place as f7 train, but still same problem. I move it a little and now train still eating ground.
