I really enjoy trucking in Beamng.drive! However, there are only two ways to load cargos to our trailer or truck which are by using a mod and using F11.

The first way of using a mod only works for the modded vehicles and are restricted to the cargos supported by the mod. The second way is very difficult as I always can't get the orientation correct.

Maybe we can have an easier way to load our trucks and trailers with heavy cargos in the game? And more cargo and trailers are always welcomed!

You can use the node grabber. Press Shift + C to get into the free camera, hold Ctrl, hover the mouse cursor over the thing you want to move & then drag it by holding a node on the thing.

OR, press Shift + C, move the camera over to where you want to move the thing & press F7 (or F8?)

I do know that. But when it comes to a loading the cargo situation, those options are even worse than the F11 as none of them are accurate. Node grabber reacts wired and it destroys some "cargos". Spawning the cargo to place has the orientation issue and it is hard to control the height.

This is how I load trailer or anything really, sadly that 3rd concrete barrier did not quite fit, it would of been interesting to see chaos resulting from it being on top of others as those are quite slippery things:
YT is so slow these days, should be up soon...

    From description:
    Shift-C for free camera
    J for pausing physics
Usually it is best to select object from list on right as clicking and selecting can be buggy.
Shift-drag with LMB creates copy of the object.
I wish there would be non destructive way to tie loads as coupling nodes pulls too hard, so it is better to leave load untied.

You can turn down the strength of node grabber and coupling by scrolling the mouse wheel.

Yep, I totally know how to do that. That's why I put it as inconvenient rather than impossible.

Yeah, but even 0% can pull with few hundred kg of strength, traffic pole thing below is attached to roof and springs bottom out:

So sometimes you don't have nodes enough close and it result them pulling quite hard.
