Ok, so I have this computer I built in September that from December started giving me problems such as random blue screens (every time with a different error message), freezing and restarting without reason.
I thought that Windows was bad, so I reinstalled it without success. With the help of a friend I tweaked the voltages of the CPU (Intel Core i5 7600K @ stock speeds) from 0.96V to 1.2V and of the RAM (Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8Gb, @3000Mhz) from 1.2V to 1.35V. I even changed VCCIO and VCCSA voltages because they were wrong from what I've read on ROG forum.
I've run MemTest 86+ on every single Ram module (in every single dram slot on the motherboard) but they had no errors, so I think they're fine.
Sometimes it wouldn't even POST showing an always turned on orange led, which is for DRAM problems or a red led which is for CPU problems.
I reseated every single component (practically I've rebuilt the system) three weeks ago and the problem seemed solved; BUT yesterday I turned it on and it bluescreened (a new one for me: System_Service_Exception) me on the user welcome thing and then it restarted. After that I couldn't access the computer for many restarts because there were "Restore the PC" screens showing me that parts of Windows were missing (In the folder System32), but after many restarts and swearing, it started working just fine again.
I'm puzzled and at this point, after 6 months of testing, I'm downhearted. I have enough of this, so could you help me solve the problem?

Edit: I forgot to say that my motherboard is an ASUS ROG Z270H with an updated BIOS (from 09something I think, to 1203, updated successfully in December 2017)
Edit 2: I checked with CrystalDiskInfo the SSD and the HDD and they're fine.

Did you load default settings to BIOS after update? Sometimes I have had weird behavior, loading default and then adjusting settings again has helped, don't ask me why or how, but after updating BIOS loading defaults is some kind of recommendation I believe.

Could try other PSU perhaps, also with only one ram stick (test both separately) and maybe with HDD if you have one to install windows to instead of SSD, just to see if there are change in behavior. Test one of those at time.

Problems with hardware are not always appearing in tests, but swapping parts might make problem disappear and reveal faulty part.

Thanks @fufsgfen for the answer but:
    • After the bios update the bios resetted himself and I had to change everything again
    • I don't have a spare PSU to test
    • I don't either have a spare HDD for testing
    • I've already checked the ram by doing what you said some months ago but it didn't seem to improve the situation. There were no bluescreens but after those tests I reinstalled both the sticks and it didn't give me errors or something.

Today it happened again. Just surfing the internet and it froze. No bluescreens/no crashes. The critical error that everytime this happens in "Event Viewer" is "41 - Kernel Power"; always. And that doesn't provide any helpful information…
After I shut it off by pressing the power button the computer wouldn't boot for 5/6 cycles of restarts even by killing it turning off the PSU. After all that there was the "POST In Safe Mode" screen; finally I could enter Windows.
And Idk why the RAM resetted its speed from 3000Mhz to the standard 2133Mhz.
    I have enough of this.

Edit: I just noticed that the PSU is extremely hot while the rest of the system is at room temperature. It's a Corsair RM750x that has the fan that starts only if needed. Could the PSU be faulty and cause the system to crash or it's something like RAM/Mobo?

I had the exact same kit of ram you have, I had blue-screen issues with it. You had the exact same issue as me, my pc would blue-screen randomly without the same code sometimes it started a reboot loop. When I played a game, it'll be fine for a few mins then it'll freeze without crashes. Once I got a new set of ram, the problem went away. I currently use the gskill trident z 16gb kit with no rgb 3200mhz. I had a lot of trouble with corsairs ram kits, they were not stable for me. I also did run memtest with the corsair memory, they passed the test but they were the cause of the random bluescreens and freezes.

The reason it defaults to 2133, is because thats the highest speed the cpu can support. 3000mhz is just the overclock speed.

    Edit
Yes your psu is fine, the fan only turns on when there enough load and temps.

A little update: I did RMA the RAM and hopefully when I install it, everything will be fine. If not I think I'll RMA the motherboard (something I don't want to do)...

^ No, I didn't install it. There were no software issues as far as I know.
I hope that it's not a kernel problem, because if it's that, I'll have to send the entire pc in a repair shop, since I really wouldn't know what to do.
