I did not like default lights of the car, so had to made something about it. You really need a fullscreen the image to see anything with these. Overall spotlights tend to be too weak, eye does not adapt to dark monitor way it does dark in reality, so in game light level can't be same as in reality to get same effect, it is candle in the dark with most of the vehicles on my screen and environment. Vanilla BeamNG high beam Camso high beam: My low and high beam (high beam has extra spots, rally lights, pencil beams or whatever you call them, well as much as it was possible to make such): Screenshot does not really show difference well and I had not set detail levels to max (got only 35fps with max +ssao), when driving it looks so different, got it surprisingly good, but it is nothing like reality still, however I did try to get as close as I could to my over 1 million miles of night driving experience and poorly modding skills. I had to use more than one spotlight per lamp to get intensity to be something else than a candle, which of course hits performance kinda hard, but wanted to have a go at night driving and now I can see corner before I am at the corner. Default lights are like that one rental car, only light that did work was right side high beam that attempted very hard to lit up tree tops, that was one of the seriously scary drives.
Would there be any interest in this skin being released? just curious as I recently packed it and so it would be as simple as upload and go.
After five hours of figuring out and fiddling around with Automation, I now happily present you my first car: The 1956 Shuffle T-500 It's rear-wheel-drivetrain is driven by a V8 that tops out at 222km/h. I don't really know which country it originates from but to me it looks quite british... I won't upload it to the repository for now as I definately want to try to make some more configurations for it first , especially the cabriolet version that goes with it. If you do want to try it out for yourself though just go ahead and write me a PM. What do you think?
