I'm getting an issue with a huge amount of Positive caster, The front wheels turn at an angle instead of straight up. I'll edit with a picture in a few moments.
    ---
Also with the stupid high power motor mod that's currently installed, Torque steer is a b***h Also Torque body roll. lol

The positive caster was implemented to try and counter act the tire roll at speed but has proven to be a little too extreme, I'll be revising it in the near future along with the addition of adjustable control arm lengths. This should allow the user to tune caster and pinion angles to suit their needs.

I'll beef up the swaybar's maximum tension, that should help with the torque steer and body roll at the cost of articulation.
The only other fix is a better design for the control arms, their placement affects many handling characteristics such as roll center anti squat and articulation ability.
There is software that can do this but I dont have any at the moment. (if someone can suggest a good suspension design tool I would be very grateful)

I would recommend googling 4 link calculators, lots come up and some have some nice diagrams to help, also pirate4x4.com has some good resources for this type of thing.

maybe also some adjustable bump stops if thats possible, it would be nice to be able to set them for max travel with min clipping for each tire size.

I'm in the middle of redesigning the coilover Jbeam and meshes so adding the adjustable bumpstops "should" be a breeze.
I did have bumpstops at one point but ran into issues with them holding the axle for a second when deep into the stroke, I think I know how to resolve this now.

I've spent the afternoon playing with the TRIAGED 4 bar calculator and found that while the current suspension flexes ok, everything else was was being hindered by the geometry.
I have a setup planned that I will test tomorrow if time permits. Hopefully it will allow for adjustable anti squat\dive while keeping the control arm meshes aligned with their corresponding nodes

The current setups main problem comes from excessive roll oversteer in the rear axle causing instability when cornering, I'm aiming for a degree or 2 of roll understeer in the new setup which should greatly increase stability while at speed.
However, roll understeer / oversteer values change slightly when adjusting anti squat / dive or ride height so I will be trying to achieve a configuration that with either be slightly roll understeer or neutral depending on the users particular tune.

Cheers guys, sorry I haven't been on to keep up with things. Life got hectic and I just haven't had the time or energy.

Here's a peek at the new axles, tires and suspension models as well as an adjustable 4 inch body lift and rock sliders. (coilover and airbag models will also be included in the next release)
I plan on adding a longer version of the sliders to cover the bed as well but I still need to design a mount because the chassis kicks up as soon as the cab ends.

I'll get onto the supercharger issues but I'm really not sure what is causing it as the parts borrowed from the Barstow have all been renamed in the .dae file to "pickup_barstow_**** " etc.
I did this when the engine was causing issues a few months ago, I may have missed something though so I'll look into it again, it could possibly be a naming issue in the engine jbeam.

Lifted leaf springs were requested a while ago and I've made some progress on them with extended shackles, slightly longer softer springs and highly tunable dampers, but they still have a few kinks to work out so I'm not sure if they'll make the cut just yet. (New meshes would be nice as well).

Most of this still needs to be jbeamed and life is going to stay pretty full on for a while but I'll try to get it done when I have the chance.
I'm really looking forward to seeing how it behaves after using Triage's 4 bar calculator to design the links.
I'll keep the latest setup included as well, provided things dont start to get too cluttered.

(front top link height is still up for debate as i would really like more travel that the current one allows)

Looks great!!! cant wait for the leaf springs and new axles! eventually you should make a rear bumper and rock sliders because the offroad rear bumper catches on too much and everytime i hit my rocker hard my doors fly open

    Cheers Boby
The doors popping so easily has bothered me for a while too, I've been considering making a set of panels with double strength latches and a secondary catch for the bonnet (hood) at some point.

Yeah sliders are coming, sorry, I should have worded it better.

Stronger latches / welded panels would just be more options.
I've never seen cars "pop" that easy IRL, most smashes that I've dealt with have been jammed shut whether its doors or bonnets and boots due to the body panels or pillars bending and becoming locked against the inner skin or lock mechanism. I've even seen hinges pulled from the a pillar but the latch was still relatively intact and holding the door on.

Doors and panels flying off when you roll look more impressive though.
