Solved How to separate parts for breakgroups?

    I'm trying to take a car made in Automation, and make it better; separating the doors, glass, hood, trunk, etc., and installing an interior. My main problem is: I do not know how to separate these hinged parts into their own breakgroups

    In Blender you make them new object, by selecting faces in edit mode, pressing P and choosing selection, then renaming parts.

    Also you need to set node group that is then bind to flexbody, for example door.

    Also check vanilla vehicles for idea how they are done.

    Remember to enable advanced option from ingame UI options and then you can activate different kinds of debug modes ingame, which help to examine vanilla vehicles construction bit further than staring just text.

    Not sure how much you know about that, but I put all that there just in case.
