Check engine light won't disappear after resetting car/ Lightbar bug

Whenever an engine breaks, the check engine light will come on but then will stay on forever even if the car is reset. This was tested on safe mode and seems to happen a lot although not always.

There's also another minor bug with the lightbar in which the car horn sometimes will stop sounding after the siren is activated. When the siren is off the horn still won't sound and only after the car is reset it will sound again.
