Inside the Beamng.Drive Documents folder. I also just realized another way to acess my vehicles through the selection, I needed to enable "Show custom configurations" however, they still don't have the custom text or picture.
yes, that might have helped all along it should show anyway though. Have you still got the original file in your beamng/vehicles folder? if so delete that --- Post updated --- heres a fully functional version with thumbnail and description

Maybe go to the ingame Settings /Settings/Gameplay anywhere is a button where is Standing: Show configs in vehicle selector or something else maybe is this the problem
