WCUSA Bug

Every time I try to load this map and select a vehicle, this map engulfing bug renders the game unplayable. Any suggestions or tips on how to fix it are much appreciated.

 

Looks like your graphics card is dieing.
What are your pc specs? Make sure drivers are up to date.

 

Can you record a video? Even one with your phone pointed at the screen would be fine because imo, I'm inclined to agree with what @terasect said, but video of what it looks like could narrow the issue down.

 

the best you can do is to make sure all your driver are up to date then disable all the mod, clear game cache, then start it, if its still an issue, do a clean uninstal of the game and instal it back, if its still doing this texture problem then it might be your GPU dying :/
