Just wondering, how much of an FPS increase is there between this map and the normal West Coast USA map?
just wanted to let y'all know this mod is NOT dead, i repeat NOT DEAD. Now, that being said, it is somewhat on hold UNTIL someone can port the garage from the garage map, all of the houses from ECA, the ruins in WCUSA, and the standard gas station into this map, without error. i would LOVE if someone could do that, if you are up to the task, just PM me!
When the garage was first implemented, somebody ported it so it is already out there for you to use I think a quick Google search should bring it up EDIT: I found the mod. It is located here: https://www.beamng.com/threads/garage-in-freeroam.35362/
yep, but, uh, that doesn't solve the whole "i have no clue of how to import the mesh and textures" problem, which mr. @JonasTMT is currently trying to solve
Hey so I just had an idea for this map. Would it be possible to connect all the freeways that are blocked off and any roads that are blocked off and then use normal ground textures from the map to fill in the blurry sections? I have found it mildly annoying with all the blocked roads, and with you changing the map so much already, I figured this would be cool to add.
hmmmmm.... it might be possible, if i can get someone to 3d model the highway and mountains, hmmmmm.... *ideas forming* thanks for the suggestion mate, this might be plausible!
