This is a great mod, It is very nicely a "Better drag transmission" mod lol. Although, I had to play with the files a bit and get it to work on the Prasu drag car I've been working on, It was a Simple swap.

 

I seem to be having a bit of trouble with the trans brake. It only works once every so often for me. any input?

 

This is a nice mod but it breaks the etk i series for me.

 

Hey man, this is great and all but it breaks the ETK I-Series

 

ok so basically I went to spawn the I series today, and the car didn't spawn, in fact it put me in free cam, but I disabled my mods and it spawned, I have all of them but yours installed and I can spawn the I series, to get the same result get a mod that adds a new unibody to a car, save it as a custom config and then disable that mod and try to spawn it, I constantly build custom configs so I can confirm that's the exact same thing that happens to the I series when I try to spawn it

 

Found the problem, easy fix, look out for update today.

I figured it out. The binding I assigned to the trans brake already has actions assigned to it so in order for me to use that binding for the trans brake, I just have to assign the binding to each vehicle independently

Good to hear the issue got figured out, since as i stated in the most recent update i couldn't replicate any issue. I'll direct any future transbrake issues to your post. Thanks for the follow-up.

 

So, on the six speed, using the 663 CI V8 (BombBoy4's engine pack) in the Barstow, trying to add the transbrake to the 6 speed auto manual drag trans, the whole game just locks up and crashes. Not sure if it's the same issue as the I-Series, but I hope you can fix it, because the 6 speed is awesome.

 

Yeah I'm having the same issue but with the 6 speed in the Barstow in general, I'm using the 423 with a turbo, when I try to equip the transbrake with the 6 speed the game locks up. It works with the 4 speed fine, did you ever find a solution? I've disabled all mods relating to gearboxes and the Barstow and no change.

 

same issue when i pair the six speed with meo's 454 LSX, whole game locks up when adding the transbrake. there are 2 options for a transbrake and both of them lock up the game
