Are there plans for a high rev Formula Atlantic engine like Takumi has in Initial D?

You should be more specific, but I think you mean a upgraded engine, carbon fiber hood and a two tone paint, if so then I am pretty sure those are already planned.

 

When are you going to post this mod? And can you please release the WIP folder?

2. No he can't, as he has said that he will only give a file when it is completed.

The reason for him not posting, I think, is either because he is busy, or he is working very hard on it and won't give any sneak peeks.
