Just a reminder that the Grand Marshal is enormous, and that my polyflow is trousers. (imported from here) Currently sitting at ~50k polygons, with suspension and interior to finish.
I felt like making a new Tire with custom Tire Thread and etc. This is like my first one Took me a while to figure the best way to approach this. Modelled the high poly thread and baked normals from them. (imported from here)
Say hello to the "rather" wooden street light (Concrete version will come, trust me) [SUB]Comparing with Covet chassis. [/SUB] (imported from here)
Happy to say the 450r's suspension is finished with the modeling just needs some more jbeam tuning to get it dialed in properly. Other than that it drives well enough to do this: Just set up the ai on the top of the hill to chase me in the 450r, the d15 was pretty scary because it stayed on my tail the whole way down but i shook em and lost him
Sorry for crapping up the thread lately with my humble saloon, but I thought this was worth a post. (imported from here) 20cm (8") lower, 30cm (12") wider, and a delicious new V8 (wip)...
As I promised for "modern" concrete version has been complete along with "rather" wooden version, Even texture are done Also, the right one are low-poly collision which I later export to the game to see final result. (imported from here)
question. should i try to put this in beamng when it is finished? i dont really know what i based this off of
Completely modeled by me (Holland). This is the beginning of my designed vehicles that I designed myself. This is a B-Series 4x4 Baja Schnell buggy. I'm not going to go into details on what it will have and what it wont. (imported from here)Parts by Gabe: Wheels Suspension Tire rods Drive shaft Etc
Bring the nose in some, need some area for your tires to rotate, and you would fair much better off modeling the suspension entirely yourself, use the other parts as references.
there is something oddly strange about this car that makes me love it. it might be the 90's-2000's period, (considering i spent my childhood in that period)
Thanks, I didn't notice the wheel rotation angle. I'm thinking about modeling it myself but not sure.
Model the entire suspension yourself man, wont take that long and you can modify it exactly as your wanting for your vehicle. Heck if you extended the controls arms out enough you wouldn't have to change the frame probably.
