how can i update an old map for personal use? (davidbc's test facility)

like the title says i want to update an old map so i can use it and play in it the map is davidbc's test facility map but its to test cars etc i want to know how i can update it and get it to work in 0.10 i really loved this map and i want to get it working for me and because he's not active anymore i will be keeping it to my self as i will not have publishing perms.
