Alright, the game works now. I think the first time was just a fluke from the Reshade loading and all my modded mads loading and pausing the task. Thank you so much!
Glad to hear it finally works for you! Im not sure what version youre using sine the dirty lens effect isnt as prominent in the latest edits but atleast now theres a bunch for you to try out
So, instead of PMing you the file i might aswell make it available to all, hell you might not be the only one wanting some color in your life. Whats different here to the latest edit is that ive acitvated Vibrance again, have had it deactivated since a while back due to too much Forza Horizon feel for me but its not bad at all so i might run it on and off myself Ive also adjusted the Indirect light settings for the AO, it was enhanced by Vibrance and was more prominent then before, too much IMO so i lowered it. Ive attached a few screenshots and the Reshade-shaders folder along with the Test.ini. Just drop it in the Beamng/Bin64-folder as usual.
Just saying, turning on MXAO makes the interior of the vehicle's shading glitch out when you rotate the camera.
At it again, this time ive gone with a mix of the latest edit and the one i made for Hyena. Activated Vibrance since ive missed it lately, but with less strength and also done some minor adjustments here and there for cures and other settings making things abit to dark/desaturated, also some bug hunting; removed the MXAO Indirect lighting completely since it bled light onto the wheels from nearby surfaces. Danny, thought i managed to remove or atleast reduce that but ill have a look to see if its still there. It had an issue where it would fade in/out more or less on/off when looking around but managed to reduce that. Im guessing it has problems sourcing where the light comes from inside the car. So, latest release (for installation, make sure you have Reshade 3.0... installed, can be found in the first post. Then unzip the Reshade-folder and Test.ini into your Beamng/Bin64-folder.) :
Hopefully we can get your to work too, heres a few things i can think of: Do you have Beamng installed via Steam and to make sure, is it at default location (Steamapps/Common/...)? Have your installed Reshade 3.0 using the Reshade exe-file in the first post in this thread? If so, did you have a Reshade-shader-folder in your Beamng/Bin64 folder before unzipping one of my zips? Did you use one of the zips with a dxgi.dll (which should NOT be used) in it or on that only had Rehade-shaders-folder and Test.ini?
JPHL made me aware of a problem i had forgotten that i actually had myself, way back when i started using Reshade. Try running BeamNG as admin, that or make sure BeamNG has permission to read and write for your/all users. --- Post updated --- Do you run BeamNG as admin? Just to make sure that has nothing to do with it.
