Weird graphical bug suddenly exclusive to BeamNG

Let me explain, some time yesterday the game was running perfectly fine, but my game suddenly crashed with the error message of an unresponsive UI.
After loading back in, the menu seemed fine, until I loaded into an actual level.
There's a ton of weird shader bugs happening now any time I move my camera at all; I've tried uninstalling, disabling my firewall, and re installing like the error page told me to do, but still no luck at all.
**EPILEPSY WARNING**

PC specs are as follows:
NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
16 GB dual channel DDR4

 

Doesn't seem to work either.
I even tried booting into safe mode and its still doing it.

 

Yeah, I've done all of that, even tried other games such as PUBG, Warframe, Dirty Bomb and others and none of them had any issues.

This PC is fairly new, so I dont think its anything hardware related.

Just checked my CPU/GPU temp while running the game, and they all stay around 38-40 when running for a couple of minutes

 

Just started a fresh install, will update if the problem persists.

 

The clean install worked!
Didn't realize the game stores mods and such in your Documents.
