Just wondering wich used cars can outhandle a bmw m3 e90 on a curvy track and twisty roads shouldnt be too expensive like under 20k
My spiel ahead Spoiler So I've come across multiple issues at once (Not really all at once but the last two came up at the same time). My Vue has had an oil leak for a few months now, most likely longer, but I can't figure out where so for now I have to constantly check the oil and refill it until I get the money and free time to go out and fix it. And yesterday, a very prominent vibrating noise is coming from my FR wheel, which means wheel bearing needs to be replaced... or maybe the hub (had to replace the hub last year on my FL wheel). Then I have to get a new plate soon because mine is close to being expired. So expenses wise, that's $104 for the plate, around $230 for the whole hub (from whatI remember), and I have no clue about the oil leak because I have no idea where it's coming from, but I'm going to estimate another $150-$1200 (depending where the leak is). So I'm kinda flipping my sh*t at the moment. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Also on top of that my engine needs a major tune up and my transmission needs to completely replaced.
B5/6 RS4 or C5 RS6 should do the trick. Prepare to shell out at least 8000€ for the latter and 16000€ for the former.
I don't think so. Of course you can't be 100% sure when buying a used car, but these seem to be decent examples: https://suchen.mobile.de/fahrzeuge/...searchId=b6251bb2-5207-a20f-d667-fa60e5c1722b https://suchen.mobile.de/fahrzeuge/...searchId=894799b9-cca4-6888-a405-95e7336a2dd1 https://suchen.mobile.de/fahrzeuge/...searchId=668bb41a-331f-0ed3-e60c-80ba108489bd
I've heard the 2009-up S197 Mustang GTs can do that, not sure if I completely believe it, also not likely to be easy to find in Europe since the S550s were the first ones officially sold there.
Wow wouldnt have thought you can get them here also the rs6 is in really nice shape but sadly its a automatik. Also @Shotgun Chuck the previous gen mustang isnt that hard to find over here gonna look into those too
In stock form? No. They're alot better than they were but still incredibly poor handling for euro standards. The 550's though, excellent cars
The S197s with the 5.0 can fly in a straight line though, find a used one for $12k, make sure everything drivetrain is working well ($5k?), and then get a top end whipple or roush for $7k and you're making 650-720whp. $24k for a car that'll kill you with a highway pull isn't bad
Wow prices on them are really alot cheaper in the us here a proper one costs 25k euros and the insurance will kill you if you survive the highway pull
The Boss 302 (Laguna Seca even more so) yes, which were a factory car, albeit made in limited numbers. Stock GT no.
They actually have plenty for sale, which is interesting, since some other services like the police, or the funeral home have their vehicles for sale as well.
Just found this: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/motoring...hat-should-never-have-been-built.html?image=3 Whoever wrote that the Riva was a bad car even by Russian standards should be condemned to driving this for the rest of his life: (If you are wondering, the trunk on the second one is completely and properly closed)
I'm really digging in the TIV-2. It's a heavily armored custom vehicle made out of a Dodge (Ram, if I'm not mistaken) into a vehicle for storm chasers. ...but there's not a whole lot of storm chaser vehicles that are for sale, although the TA-1 has been sold before, which seems pretty generous.
I should be used to living where I do, but it's hilarious and never gets old. I just went hiking and, sure enough, parked at the trailhead there's a VW T3 campervan and Honda CR-V with a "my other car is pair of boots" bumper sticker. The best part is I was totally one of those people, pulling up in my friend's Jeep Renegade with the optional topographic hood decal to go hiking in February.
