You are using the ancient hubWheels instead of pressureWheels. They had this issue because the wheel hub mesh was also affected by the tire nodes. Please upgrade your wheels. You need to convert all hubWheels sections to pressureWheels with the correct matching section headers for all. Copy and paste wheel and tire settings from the closest size match in the common wheels/tires jbeam files. Make sure the tire and hub flexbodies have the correct groups as seen in said common jbeams. Your car will handle 1000x better
That whole mod is garbage, you would be better off starting from scratch and basing it off the ETK800 or Sunburst.

Using this https://wiki.beamng.com/PressureWheels lot of time and patience, getting close to nervous brake down few times, it is possible to get wheels updated to new system. However wheel mesh and tire mesh needs to be separated and using some other wheels + tires might be a lot easier route. Still there are lot of issues, because probably suspension setup is really terrible, which might mean that you need to build new suspension setup to get pressure wheels to work, which is really a pain.
How is this? All mod disabled and used the stock car! Brake effects on the wheel and suspension/weight
