Some bug that I have come across that are quite a big deal:

Mostly on WCUSA some mods lag the game to 7 fps I think this is more a bug than a low-end hardware problem as i can use the bluebird school bus yet i cant use the prasu but then changing to another mod that works it stays at 7 fps, also changing some settings like changing the reso to 1920x1080 50hz to 1920x1080 60hz (that shouldn't lower fps just not cap it to 50) brings my fps to 7 so hopefully its just a bug that the devs can fix and I can get my glorious PCMR 60 fps back ;) and I can only get back to suibtable fps by reloading the map.

I did test with prasu and changing resolution, I get same 76fps as without changing vehicle.

There is a bug that causes some slowdowns in WCUSA, however I have tested all that I have been able to figure out and I don't get slowdown.

What is your CPU and GPU, which version of drivers and are you using Windows 10?

It seems that issue is not related to hardware, maybe devs will eventually figure out what is the common thing that causes that slowdown, but it is likely more related to game itself than mods or changing resolution.

On my machine there has not been such slowdown, I have attempted to get such slowdown, but it just refuses to happen for me.
