Sound files Encrypted

Id like to modify the backfire sound files, mostly just to make them louder. but recently they added some kind of encryption so that you need a password to access the game files. is there any way around this? either to get the password somehow or to modify the volume of individual sounds in some other way?

 

The sounds are encrypted for legal reasons regarding licensing. As of now, the community cannot modify them in any way. Sorry.

shouldnt there be some way to replace the baackfire sounds tho? simply with a zip file and some folders directing to the vehicle i want them on. i have some experience with modding, but i cant find the names of the backfire sounds since i cant listen to them. any way to find out wich files im looking for ?
