Can we get a new realistic 5.9 cummins 12 valve 6 cylinder diesel for the D-Series?

There used to be a couple of cummins motors a while ago but those are far outdated now, I love the 6.0 and 6.7 mods and the ford 6.0 mod mostly due to its sound. I aint no creator but i dont think it should be that hard to replicate

The D-series is more Chevy and Ford than Dodge, i'd be surprised if we see a diesel at all and if we do get one, it'll be based on the 7.3 IDI Powerstroke or what ever diesel GM used at the time (i don't think they had one until after they bought Izuzu so the 2000 Chevy was the first gen to have diesels)

 

GM had diesels in their later squarebodys (started in 82) though it was a mire 185ish hp and 300ish ft lb of torque and they were 6.2 Detroit Diesels NON TURBO. In 1994 they introduced the 6.5 DD turbo diesel which lasted till 01 when they introduced the MIGHTY DURAMAX. XD

I am loving the diesel mods we have, @Racermon are the 6.4 and 7.3 engine sounds supposed to not work or do i have a problem?

GM also used the Oldsmobile diesel in the mid to late seventies for their square bodies as well! Depending on the VIN code for the 6.2 the early ones were 130hp for the c code motor, and the j code motor was 150ish hp.
