I can't provide a video but, the game itself is not lagging but rather the tachometer UI is not matching up with the revs, like it's lagging behind. The gauges on the car itself are just fine but the UI is slow for no reason at all. This happened after the newest hotfix.

EDIT: I'm noticing the entirety of the game's UI is doing this, like it's all lagging while the game has a solid framerate. It does this on my other computer as well after the update, has anyone else had this problem?

If you have mods, check with them disabled.
Also, how many apps are you using on your UI?

I removed a few mods that were slightly outdated, not sure how much it affected performance but it doesn't look as badly as it did before. I double checked with other videos online and it does seem like the tacho isn't as precise as the in-car gauges, but not to the extent that it was in my case. No clue why it happened to begin with.

That's because the UI is in HTML, so that's normal if sometimes it gets slow, depending on your hardware.
