Manual Shifting Automatic prior to version 0.10.x

    ok so previously to the most current update i have been able to use the manual shifting mode in some cars and start in 2nd or 3rd (partcularly helpful for modded cars with big turbo's).
    i have all the gearbox and throttle assists off but as of the most recent update the gearbox doesnt let me change when i want anymore, particularly annoying with automatic diesel cars with short powerbands.

    Automatics will now downshift when the engine speed is too low, so you usually can't start in 2nd or 3rd
